Here’s a delicious recipe for Honey Glazed Tenderloin that will wow your taste buds, as well as your guests’. Glazing is an excellent way to infuse meat with the flavors you want without all the time required for marinating. For this recipe, you’ll need:

Glaze

Tenderloin

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • Kosher salt
  • Cilantro

Just the ingredient list alone is enough to make your mouth water, isn’t it? Once you’ve assembled everything you need, it’s time to get started.

Preheat your oven to 400°. Get your roasting pan set up, or set a roasting rack inside a baking sheet. Mix all of the glaze ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Put the tenderloin onto the rack and sprinkle it generously with the salt and pepper. Then brush the pork with the glaze and roast it for five minutes. Remove the pork from the oven, coat it again with the glaze and roast it again for another five minutes.

You”ll continue this process until the glaze ingredients are used up and the pork is cooked through. The meat thermometer should read 145° F when the meat is finished, and the whole process will take about 20 minutes total.

After all that glazing and roasting, your tenderloin will need to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with the cilantro.
